I don’t have video so I’m not following it very well. After reviewing the list of motions, I think Sims and von Reichbauer did vote no on the plan (2008-10) but were unanimous on the sending it to ballot (2008-11).

Oran, I think you’ve got it wrong. An uncontroversial amendment wouldn’t have a roll call like that. It was 16-2 for the plan, 18-0 to move it to ballot.

No, no, 16-2 for the plan, 18-0 to put said plan on the ballot once it passed. It’s just politics. It’s 16-2.

The video kept cutting out on me, but I thought Sims and von Reichbauer voted no on the ST2 plan, but yes on sending it to the ballot. The first vote was the important one. But I’m not sure because of the low quality of the video.
