I say tear it down, make a boulevard with transit right of way on the side for streetcar or light rail…see San Francsico’s Embarcadero or Portlands Riverfront Park for examples…
I hate taking guests to the waterfront, it’s so loud you can barely have a conversation.
Tear it down and build light rail or fast streetcar to West Seattle.
At the rate we’re narrowing down the options we don’t need to worry about tearing it down. It’ll fall down on its own.
Isn’t this old news?
