		<description>Well, if Obama is talking about &quot;rehabilitating&quot; roads and bridges, i&#039;m all for it.  But, like everyone here, I believe there also must be a greater emphasis on transit.  The plan i&#039;m thinking of is transit FIRST, THEN rehabilitate roads and bridges, so that way transit can handle the loads from roads and bridges being closed for fixing or something.  Our highway system is fine, it&#039;s just old and creaky.

But then again, I don&#039;t know what Obama is planning...</description>
