		<description>Cheers, thanks for calling attention to this.  We have a chance in Burien to demonstrate to other suburban cities that there is a pent-up demand for better, safer walking and biking routes.

This isn&#039;t the only good thing going on in Burien--we also have major downtown transit-oriented development coming up in the next few years and possibly a RapidRide line connecting us to Tukwila and Renton.  If we pass the Transportation Benefit District, that would cement our reputation as one of the most forward-looking suburban cities on transportation and land use.  Fingers crossed.</description>
