Human Transit Visits Seattle

Jarrett Walker

I was remiss in discussing Jarrett Walker’s recent post without also pointing out that he will be speaking this Thursday from 5-7:30pm at GGLO, whose offices are on the Harbor Steps. We had a meetup there last year, if that helps.

Although he now lives in Australia, Jarrett grew up in Portland and has written a lot about Seattle’s transportation issues.

I think STB staff turnout will be good, so consider this our summer meetup if you like (this is actually a Great City event).

And like clockwork, you guys have another meetup 2 weeks before I come home. Lol.

Adam B. Parast says:

Sorry about that. Maybe we can get a video of it this time.

IF I can make it, I might be able to videotape it. Assuming my wife isn’t in labor with twins.

And assuming he’s okay with it.

Adam B. Parast says:

Yes of course.

I don’t think I’m going to be able to make it this time, unfortunately. Bummer.

Tanya says:

Is this a public event?

Mike Orr says:

Anybody can come.
