I was born and raised in the South, but migrated to Portland OR in 1993 and to Pierce County WA in 2004. WA is great in many ways, and I'm working to make those other things better. I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psych, with lots of coursework and independent study in economics. I'm interested in transportation in general, especially the effects of tolling. Ferry transit is a primary focus.
