Yay! I think a short schedule works to rail’s advantage.
So how does the campaigning work for stuff like this? Is there already any organization in place? I would really love to get involved (once it’s confirmed obviously) but I’m not even sure where to start.
A campaign will appear, certainly. I don’t know who’s on it yet, but whenever I find out, I’ll post a call for volunteers…
The board didn’t meet today, it was the finance committee. I’m guessing what happened is that what Reardon heard, he liked. With Snohomish on board, the board will almost certainly approve going to the ballot next week.
Yeah based on the calculus put forth by John Ladenburg, Reardon gets us Dawson also. The only “no’s” are Roberts, Sims, and probably Hammond, but that means it’s sure thing.
